What is the average cost of shoes from Jim Charles?

Most shoes are priced at £299. Boots will cost around £30 more. We always recommend cedarwood shoe trees, which are prices at £40 per set.What is the average cost of shoes from Jim Charles?

Where can I redeem a Jim Charles gift card?

When you checkout, you will automatically receive a gift card code to the email you use in the checkout process. You can use this code a the checkout of our website, or during the checkout phase with one of our stockists. 

How long do I have to use the gift card?

You will have one full calendar year to redeem your gift card from the purchase date. After 12 months, the gift card will expire and cannot be redeemed.

Can I extend the time in which to spend the gift card?

Unfortunately, gift card must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. 

Will I receive a physical gift card?

No. We send gift cards our digitally so you will receive it via email. You can print it off and present it to your loved one however you please.

Can you do anything to make it a bit more special?

We can send you a branded gift card in the post by request. There is a £8.99 surcharge for a physical gift card. If you would like to order a physical gift card, please place your order below, then email customerservices@jimcharlesshoes.com with your request.

Can I get a refund on a gift card?

Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable. 

How much would you recommend you add to your gift card?

It's up to you. We have several denominations which allow you to pay for either some or all of your recipients future order. By ordering a £400 voucher, you will cover the full cost of the shoes and most likely, any additional extras they may like such as care products. 

Can I get a larger amount than £400?

Yes, of course. Simply send us an email with your request to customerservices@jimcharlesshoes.com
